Dr. Jennifer Keller is a fictional character on the series Stargate Atlantis portrayed by Jewel Staite. Keller worked under the direction of Dr. Carson Beckett before his death. Following the loss of Beckett, Keller was appointed head of Atlantis' medical facilities by Dr. Elizabeth Weir.

She expected to be replaced by someone with more experience and petitioned Weir to be replaced, not sure she could take on the responsibility. However, she stepped up to task when the city was damaged by Asuran weapons fire. Dr. Weir was severely injured and she was forced to perform surgery to relieve pressure on her swelling brain. It was Keller's idea to reactivate nanites within Weirs bloodstream in order to heal her severe and life threatening injuries. The procedure was successful but Weir became part replicator.
